Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item you're not happy with.

Conditions

Items must be returned unused and, if possible, in their original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email us at klnbilly@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm the return process and provide a return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
